Tournament Rules

1. All participants must be genuine BGMI players with valid accounts.

2. Team size must match the tournament mode (Squad=4, Duo=2, Solo=1).

3. Players must join the room at least 10 minutes before match time.

4. Late entry after match start = disqualification without refund.

5. Only registered players can participate. Substitutes must be pre-approved.

1. Pay the EXACT entry fee — no more, no less.

2. Each UTR (Transaction ID) can only be used ONCE globally.

3. Entry fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once payment is confirmed.

4. Fake UTR or payment fraud = permanent ban + legal action.

5. Payment screenshot is mandatory for registration.

1. Hacking, cheating, or using any third-party tools = immediate ban.

2. Screen sharing / match streaming without permission = disqualification.

3. Using banned accounts or alternate accounts = permanent ban.

4. Teaming up with enemy teams = disqualification for both teams.

5. Abusive behavior toward other players = ban without warning.

1. Prizes are distributed within 48 hours of tournament end.

2. Prize money is transferred via UPI/bank transfer.

3. Winners must provide valid UPI ID or bank details.

4. Any dispute must be raised within 24 hours of result announcement.

5. KBX Esports decision on disputes is final and binding.
